"This post is a week late, but we have an Acespace success story!! We started talking back in August, he reached out to me first. Almost immediately we realized we were both the kind of people who write massive paragraphs. 😂 We had a blast talking about things we have in common. A month in or so, we began video-chatting through Google Meets. In September we planned to meet each other to do something spooky in October. Last Sunday we had our first in-person date, and we had an absolute blast! We met up in Philadelphia and had lunch, went to the Mütter Museum for some spookiness (it was medically educational and morbidly curious!), and then got dinner. It was a ton of fun and we decided to make our relationship “official!” We have no doubt that we both love and care for each other, and are excited to plan further dates and hometown visits!"

"I can confirm Acespace is Legit. I’ve started a great conversation with a woman of off there, we clicked in a way I’ve not experienced in a while, and now we are going to attempt a romantic relationship. No label yet but the intent to date each other and see where it goes has been expressed. The site gives you lots of room to add more about yourself, your preferences, and what you’re looking for. She read my whole profile and messaged me! It’s pretty great. She picked me out of the lineup, and looks were not a consideration for her. She went for my profile instead and what I said there. It’s so much better than the regular apps, I cannot express how much better in enough words."

"I joined AS near the end of July just to keep up with the ace community. I was in no hurry to find someone, especially after 6 years of being aroace - yet the hopeless romantic in me was still hopeful as ever. I came across a profile that caught my eye. They were cute, but we had little in common and I was also 3 years older. I didn’t think they would be interested in me, so I scrolled past. A couple minutes later I get a like… and a message - it was from them. We talked for a few hours until they had to go to bed and everything went perfectly, instant click. I couldn’t believe it. We continued talking everyday for the whole month of August and even started going on voice calls to play a farming game together. Fast forward to the end of September, I already knew I was having romantic feelings for them. I never thought someone so different from me would be the person that makes me feel the most heard, cared for, and understood. We share the same opinions, values, and lifestyles. They make me feel complete. Impulsively, I took the leap. I confessed my love with intentions to ask them out officially in the future. They responded favorably, foreseeing a future with me in a romance-coded QPR. In my culture, we serenade as means to court the one we love. So, at the end of October, I serenaded them to the song “We fell in love in October,” asking them to be my girl officially 💕 I still don’t know how I got so lucky to have met everything I dreamed of and more. We are in an LDR, 2 continents, and 6hr time difference apart. But I hope to make visits in a few years and eventually relocate closer to them. Until then, we’ll have to be creative with our virtual dates of games, movies, arts and crafts, etc. 😂 Oh, and we are celebrating our 1st monthsary today!"

"I'm not a mathematician, but I knew the probability of meeting someone was going to be slim. I think I read 100+ profiles until I stumbled on one that seemed unreal. We shared the same niche hobbies, both ACE, had similar longterm goals, and crazy enough even worked in the same industry. I reached out, unbelievably she responded and we hit it off quickly. We're now onto 3 months of hanging out on calls playing games and became instant friends. We live 7 hours away from eachother, coincidentally she lives in the city I just moved away from, but we decided to meet up for a first date in person. It was magical and went on 11 hours. That's never happened for me before. We immediately started planning a second date later that week. I can't get over how improbable it feels to meet someone who feels like an instant friend, mutually likes me, is fun, affectionate, funny, joyful, and if that weren't enough, beautiful. I can't wait til we get to hang out tomorrow and play some more video games together. Hanging out with her is the highlight of my week ❤️"

"Six months ago today (July 21st), I joined AceSpace. I saw the link posted on a FB group somewhere, and I joined on an impulse, just to see what would happen. Was not looking to find anyone. In fact, it completely went over my head that this was a dating website (I know it literally says it on the login screen, but somehow it still didn't register lol). I was just enjoying the newsfeed and chilling with this new and wholesome community. What I absolutely did not expect at all was that in six months, to the day, I would be gearing up to go to the airport to pick up my partner I met on here coming to visit me from overseas. What the heck??!!?!? I was single for 8+ years before this, and enjoying it. Plot twist indeed. I'm going from being a bundle of nerves, to being super chill, and now I have noooo clue how I'll react when I finally get to see -- in the flesh. Just 5-6 hours until he lands here. Wish me luck, and hope I don't pass out!!! This is totally unknown territory for me and I have no idea how to feel or what to do. Hooray!"

Frequently asked questions

What is the purpose of this site?

AceSpace aims to create a supportive community for asexual and aromantic individuals to connect, whether it's for friendships, romantic relationships, or simply finding like-minded people who understand and respect asexuality.

Why does AceSpace exist when other asexual platforms exist?

This site was created out of a personal dissatisfaction with both mainstream dating and asexual dating platforms. Almost all asexual specific dating platforms require you to spend a great deal of money to either sign up to become a member, or to send a message or like someone else. AceSpace breaks away from this trend, allowing you to search for people, message people, like people and more without any cost.

Can I use AceSpace to make friends?

Absolutely! AceSpace is not just for romantic connections; it's a platform where you can build friendships, find like-minded individuals, and create meaningful connections.

Does the site support QPRs? (Queer Platonic Relationships)

Yes, AceSpace is inclusive and welcomes all types of connections, including Queer Platonic Relationships. Our goal is to provide a space for asexual and/or aromantic individuals to connect and build relationships.

Is there a minimum age to use the site?

Even though we do have strict rules against explicit content on the platform, all users still need to be at least 18 years old to join.

Will my profile be visible to the public?

By default all user profiles are private and only visible to other users. However you can set your profile to be public so that you can share it with anyone!

So what are you waiting for?
